Artist's Comments

Binko is a little chap in a new series I just started, called Biggles---mostly because they are so absurdly small. They have tiny bodies, legs and arms, and a big head...the head seems bigger than the body.

Anyways, Binko is made from white upholstery fabric. I carefully shaded him, embroidered his nose, placed his black onyx eyes, added a little detailing at his pawpads, added a neck ruffle and a pointed hat, and voila! Done. Well, he comes with a cute customized bag that matches his hat pattern.

He measures a smidgen over 2 1/4" standing, under 2" sitting.

He's a new pattern for me, featuring a dart in the head which makes it rounder and fatter [not certain how I like this particular shape yet], and the pattern needs to have the kinks ironed out.

The main trunk of the body needs to be a little bigger and chunkier, while the arms and legs needs to be a teensy bit smaller. His nose is also slightly offcenter---was going to wax it but can't find my dark beeswax.

Binko's head is ever-so-slightly offset, which accounts for his low starting price on eBay of $4.99.

That is one of the most professional works ´ve ever seen! I really want to take him
in my hands to see how detailed he is made :worship: Is it completely handsewn (stupid question cause
I think he has to, but maybe you´re a magician on the sewing machine =D)?
Amazing pattern btw!
